RESERVATION, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservation & Payment Terms
To secure your reservation, a 30% deposit of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance is due 21 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

If a reservation is made within 21 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Failure to remit the final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund of the initial deposit.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

• 100% refund if canceled 21 days or more prior to arrival
• 50% refund if canceled 8–20 days prior to arrival
• No refund if canceled 7 days or less prior to arrival

Rebooking Clause
If a canceled reservation is successfully rebooked for the same dates, the original guest may receive an additional refund, up to the amount recovered from the new booking, at the sole discretion of the owner.

Travel Insurance Recommendation
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as illness, weather disruptions, or travel delays.

Holiday & Peak Season Policy
For reservations during major holidays or peak travel periods, a stricter cancellation policy may apply:

• 100% refund if canceled 30+ days prior to arrival
• 50% refund if canceled 15–29 days prior to arrival
• No refund if canceled within 14 days of arrival

No-Show Policy
Failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior written notice will be treated as a cancellation, and no refunds will be issued.

Owner Rights
The owner reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance issues, safety concerns). In such cases, guests will receive a full refund of all payments made, and reasonable efforts will be made to assist with alternative accommodations.

Agreement
By submitting payment, the guest acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this Reservation, Payment, and Cancellation Policy.
